Introduction

If you need to return an item or ask for a refund, this policy explains the process and what you can expect. Returns Eligibility

If you wish to return a product, ensure:

  • The product is in its original packaging and state
  • You wish to return it within 14 days of the product's arrival
  • The product has not been used or changed

Some items cannot be returned because of what they are. If this is the case, we will explain at the time of purchase.

How to Make a Return Request

To initiate the return procedure, please email us at [email protected] with your order details. We will then send instructions on how to return the item when we have accepted your return. The cost of returns is potentially the customer's unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.

Refund Process

Once we have the returned item back, we will examine it and verify if a refund can be made. Approved refunds will be made through the original payment. Allow up to 10 business days for processing of the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you are sent a faulty or different item from what you ordered, please notify us within 1 day of receiving the item. We will replace the item or refund you after reviewing the issue.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are based on product availability.
